This policy explains what information Dunesell collects from creators, brands, and shoppers who use our platform, and how that information is used, stored, and shared.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and Emirates ID or trade license information for verification purposes.
- Storefront and order data, including products listed, orders placed, delivery addresses, and payout details.
- Payment information processed through our licensed payment partners. Dunesell does not store full card numbers.
- Usage data such as pages visited and device information, used to improve platform performance and security.
How we use information
- To operate storefronts, process orders, and coordinate fulfilment and delivery.
- To calculate and issue creator payouts and brand settlements.
- To communicate updates about orders, applications, and account activity.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in the United Arab Emirates.
Sharing of information
Dunesell shares information only where necessary to operate the platform, including with fulfilment and courier partners to deliver orders, payment processors to complete transactions, and regulators where required by law. Dunesell does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data retention and security
Information is retained for as long as an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting requirements. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your rights
