Agreement to terms
These terms govern access to and use of the Dunesell platform by influencers, brands, suppliers, and shoppers. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Creator storefronts
- Creators are responsible for the content, claims, and descriptions they add to their storefront.
- Products listed by brands must be accurately represented and must comply with UAE consumer protection regulations.
- Dunesell may remove listings or storefronts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Orders, payments, and payouts
- Orders are fulfilled by Dunesell or its fulfilment partners once payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery orders, once the order is dispatched.
- Creator earnings are calculated as a commission on completed orders and paid out on the schedule stated in the creator's account.
- Brand settlements are calculated after deducting applicable commissions, fulfilment costs, and returns.
Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations are handled according to the policy shown at checkout for each order. Dunesell coordinates the return with the relevant fulfilment center and updates the creator and shopper on the outcome.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to sell counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe goods, to mislead shoppers, or to violate the intellectual property rights of any brand or third party.
Limitation of liability
Dunesell provides the platform on an as is basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
